At ElectroBazar, we aim to provide top-notch products and services that exceed your expectations. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we want to ensure a seamless experience when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the advertised standards on our website.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Change of Mind:
ElectroBazar does not generally accept returns based on a change of mind. If accepted, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied, with a minimum deduction of 200 AED. Items must be returned within three (3) days of receipt, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, even if the product was shipped for free initially. ElectroBazar does not cover return shipping costs.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is out of stock or we encounter inventory issues, your order may be canceled. You will be informed in advance, and any payments made will be refunded using the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, no refund is applicable unless a prior payment has been made.

Transportation Damage

All products are packed with care to prevent damage during transit. However, ElectroBazar is not liable for damages that occur during shipping.
Important: Do not accept the order if the packaging is damaged. We recommend recording a video when accepting the delivery to support any damage claims.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt.
  • The item is defective or malfunctioning upon delivery.
  • The order is incomplete or missing accessories.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To initiate an exchange, you must provide evidence, such as videos or pictures. Once validated, we will arrange a free pickup of the product, followed by the shipment of a replacement. The exchange process will be initiated after the original product is returned to us.

Exchange for a New Device

Customers can request an exchange for a new device within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be intact.

Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team within 14 days to initiate an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and should use a trackable service.

Inspection and Approval:
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange. If approved, a new product will be shipped to you.

Non-Eligible Products

  • Items showing signs of use or damage.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

Additional Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same model is unavailable, an equivalent replacement will be provided.
  • Any price difference between the exchanged and new product must be settled before shipment.

Warranty Policy

For warranty claims, an unboxing video is highly recommended.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Physical damage or defects upon delivery.
  • Malfunctions or faulty products upon receipt.

Products come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise specified. For refurbishments, a 14-day warranty applies. Warranty service requests must include a video and pictures of the unboxing.

Important:
Warranty does not cover accessories, damage caused by misuse, or defects from unauthorized repairs or alterations. The original invoice and IMEI number must be presented for warranty claims.

Violation of Policy

Returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by external factors such as lightning, voltage fluctuations, or mishandling.
  • Removal or alteration of the IMEI number.
  • Usage of unauthorized software leading to damage.
  • Failure to provide the original invoice or tampering with it.

Always remove personal information, like Apple IDs or passcodes, before returning devices. ElectroBazar is not responsible for data loss or misuse.
